Courses

Reiki 1 course is a one day workshop where you will be attuned to the Reiki energy. We start at 10am and finish around 5pm but if you would like extra time to practice your new skills then this time can be extended as the courses are all held here at Mairela. The course includes an attunement, meditation practice, background information about the chakras and meridians and the history of Reiki and it's role today. Tea is freely available all day. Price is €150

Reiki 2 course is a one day workshop where you will receive an attunement to the Reiki Energy and given three sacred symbols to use. This gives an increase in the power of the energy and strengthens the connection to the energy enabling us to transcend time and space. The course includes an attunement, meditation practice, more in depth information about the chakras and meridians and how they fit into our lives and lifestyles. Tea is freely available all day. Price is €210

Reiki Master and teacher course is made to suit your requirements, including the master symbol and the attunement process. It can be taken as part of a week long holiday as well as locally over a few weeks. Price is €350

Meditation

I run a local meditation group in Kuhmoinen on a Tuesday evening from 18.30 - 20.00. Anyone is welcome to come along and join in every week or whenever they have the time. Just bring your own cushion or stool! No experience is required, we just meditate together because it's more powerful and more fun, especially when we can share our experiences. Contact me if you would like directions to the meeting house, it's free to come along! Both English and Finnish are spoken.
